The first days
Swelling and tenderness may remain clearly visible for several days. Redness, warmth, bruising, firmness or temporary altered sensation may also occur.
The reaction should gradually settle. The exact timeline depends on the product, area and individual response, so the same recovery time cannot be promised to everyone.
Aftercare and daily activities
Do not massage or press the area unless instructed. BeautyBell’s current general advice is to avoid strong heat and strenuous exercise on the treatment day.
Always follow the product-specific instructions given at the appointment. Contact the clinic if your reaction differs from the guidance.
When can the result be assessed?
The result is not assessed during initial swelling. Follow-up timing is agreed after the product, area and expected recovery have been reviewed.
Lipolysis is not a weight-loss treatment. No amount of fat loss, permanent result or change to every cause of a double-chin appearance can be promised.
When should you seek help?
Contact BeautyBell promptly if pain or swelling worsens markedly, an expanding colour change appears, the area discharges pus or you develop a fever.
Breathing or swallowing difficulty, rapidly progressing swelling or a severe general reaction requires urgent care. Call 112 in an emergency.
