Makeup is generally avoided on injection points on treatment day. Follow your personal instructions and use clean products.

Strong heat and sauna are normally avoided for at least 48 hours because heat may increase swelling and bruising.

Heavy or sweat-inducing exercise is normally avoided for several days. Light everyday activity can often resume sooner if you feel well.
